Reviews

Report a review

We will remove a review if it is provably false, identifies a minor, discloses private information, or violates our Terms. We will not remove a review just because the subject disagrees with it - opinions, even harsh ones, are protected.

Email ratemycollegecounselor@gmail.com with:

  • The full URL of the review.
  • Which rule you believe it violates and why.
  • For factual claims: any documentation you have.
  • Your name and how to reach you.

We aim to respond within 7 days. While we investigate we may temporarily hide the content.

Listing changes

Counselors and agencies

If you are a counselor or agency listed on the Service and want to correct factual information (name, location, website) or request removal of your listing, email ratemycollegecounselor@gmail.com from a verifiable address (a domain matching your website, or another contact already published on your site).

Reviews are not removed simply because a listing is taken down; we preserve them in order to keep the public record honest.
